Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to language services provided by Janitrans Multilingual Services.

Scope of services

Services are provided as described in the accepted quotation, including language pair, service type, volume, deadline and price.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied at enquiry stage. Material changes to volume, format or deadline may require a revised quotation.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to supply final source content, reference material and any glossaries or style guides needed for accurate delivery.

Delivery and acceptance

Deadlines are agreed in writing. Requests for corrections relating to the agreed scope should be raised promptly after delivery.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during a project secure and to use it only for the purposes of that project.

Payment

Invoices are issued in the agreed currency and are payable according to the payment terms recorded for the client account.

Liability

Our liability in respect of any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
